Currently, we are seeking qualified, professional
candidates for the following positions:
Property Accountant:
Palm Beach Gardens, FL - This position is
responsible for the financial reporting for all assigned
properties with emphasis on account analysis, journal
entries, and bank reconciliation. Specific responsibilities
include: Maintain working papers for each assigned
property. Review and reconcile G/L accounts. Prepare
and post necessary journal entries to maintain complete
and accurate books for assigned properties. Monitor
and reconcile monthly cash, escrow and lockbox account
balances, and when necessary, initiate transfer of
funds to accounts to maintain appropriate balances.
Prepare monthly financial package as required by
the management agreement or owner of the assigned
property. Review cash disbursements for proper account
coding and approval. Assist Property Managers in
the preparation of the annual property budget and
operating expense reconciliations.
